TSN channels freezing on commercials streaming on an Amazon Firestick

So far noticed only on these channels.  The tv freezes when the commercials start.  I have to change channel then come back to it for the channel to resume.  It freezes again at the start of next commercial.  The channel doesn’t freeze during programming.  Very annoying.

What television service do you subscribe to?
Which receiver model do you have?
Does this happen on all TSN channels or specific ones (and if so, which ones)?
Does this happening every time a commercial starts or just periodically?

Using the Amazon firestick.

Basic cable with sports package.

Whenever new commercial starts tv freezes.  So far only tsn channels; Sportsnets is fine

Do you have any other devices within your home that you can test the Fibe TV app on to see if the issue is limited to your Fire TV Stick or if it's reproducible on other devices?
When the feed freezes, does it ever recover on it's own?
Are you watching these TSN channels directly through your Bell TV service or are you watching through the TSN app?

Have basic and 3rd editions but freezing exits only on the latter.  Same freezing problem when watched ctv local channels feeding off tsn nfl broadcasts.

the issue has not been resolved.  The commercials now run in super slow motion.
