Good day

Just a wish list for Bell's future "cutting-edge, full-service experience through apps on devices customers already own"..no reply required..

Bell charges a premium...so the fibe tv app service has to be the BEST to prevent cord cutters from leaving Bell.

- of course higher bitrates for 720p... upscaled 720p to 4k, high bitrate for native 4K for premium content (Crave/HBO/Movie Channels) and on Demand content when available from the source , Dolby Digital, HDR  for now...then down the road Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision like Netflix,Prime

- Can we add an option in the Fibe TV settings to have the guide ascending...or descending..like Bell satellite tv has(I know the satellite software is from Echostar/Dish Network).

- Can we add PIP when scrolling thru the guide ...it is on the Bell streamer but not on the Apple TV

- Can the channels be organized better ..it made sense in 1997 when ExpressVu launched..now you have Canadian Channels in the 1000's and 1500's..or you could add a zero to the end of all existing channels...so 1051 becomes 10510..that would give you space to add more more Canadian channels in the 10000's

-Can we simplify the customized channel guides...much easier on Bell Satellite receivers then fibe TV app..

-Can we fix the annoying false error messages..sometimes i'm watching a program for an hour ..then i get an error message..i just channel up and then back down and the problem is resolved..so clearly the error message is false..

-Can we fix the annoying buffering issues even with gigabit fibe.....doesn't seem to happen with Netflix/Prime

-Can we add the ability to extend recording timers while watching easily like on Bell Satellite for live or sports events..or for future timers...the ending of the Italy World Cup match last week was cutoff

-Can we create manual timers like Bell satellite tv has

-Can we add an auto channel tune timer..like they have on Bell Satellite..this would be great for seniors who find the remote confusing..this way we can pre program their fibe tv for recurring programming all day

Other fibe tv users feel free to add to this list.

Good day.

Hopefully Bell will launch this before the 2026 world cup..in 2022 , 3 of the top 10 most watched Canadian television broadcasts of 2022 were world cup soccer matches

Found an addition to the wish list....I saw You Tube TV has a multiview feature where you can watch up to 4 different sports streams on one screen.  I'm sure hockey, football, soccer and baseball fans would love this. Wish  Bell had this ready for the Olympics.

I remember bell satellite had a similar feature but it was limited to 2 channels in a split screen with the dual tuner receivers.

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you once again @Streamer for your feedback and additional suggestions for improving your Bell TV viewing experience.

Bell Media holds the exclusive Canadian media rights to the FIFA World Cup, including the 2026 tournament. Coverage is provided through TSNCTV, and RDS, encompassing all matches and related FIFA events through 2026.

Take care.
