Good day.I tried to record a news special at 10PM tonight from the guide but I got a pop up ... "This recording has already been deleted" . The guide showed a different listing(NCIS Origins) but CBS was showing a news special. I tried the same thing ...

Are we already on the "cutting-edge, full-service experience through apps on devices customers already own" that was announced 6 months ago on October 14, 2025....or is it still coming in 2026?

Bell should give ALL the Bell TV(satellite/Fibe receiver/receiver-less) customers using the app a free app upgrade to allow restart ...

The restart link in your reply shows a screenshot from 2018 and mentions PVR. Is that cloud pvr or receiver/hard disk pvr. Is the restart feature available without a receiver?

Thanks again WelshTerrier..I figured it was a data mismatchI tried a work around of recording the program at 9PM for 1 hour...and extending the recording to the maximum allowed of 30 min which took me to 10:30 PM.So I had half the special..Not sure w...
HiI think the issue was that the app thought I was trying to record the program listed in the guide(NCIS) which was cancelled by the broadcaster(deleted) because of the last minute news special...but the guide wasn't updated to show "news special". ....
