Webmail display and performance issues

For a while now, Bell webmail has had a performance problem: periodically, the display hangs waiting for a refresh and showing a wait-spinner (for up to a minute).

Also, visual contrast on text is lower than designed for the email and lower than viewing the email in a web page directly. (Note: I'm running a Windows 10 machine (with all latest updates) and the latest Chrome browser).

A new problem is that text wrapping on blocks of text (both paragraphs and image captions) is broken - works break at arbitrary letters in the middle of words.

Can these be addressed?  I can provide examples if needed.

Starting yesterday all the emails I received had the words split at the end of the lines. Before yesterday a line of text in an email would always end in a complete word and then go on to the next line. How do I fix this? Thanks.

I see that this was reported in November 2023.  I still have this problem in May 2024.  When I send an email, about 50% of the time the rotating time gear turns up, my computer's power usage and cpu usage goes to 100%, and Firefox gets frozen.  Often the only way out is to close firefox and reopen it, which means losing some current data.  Can Bell not manage, with all they charge for services, to fix this thing?

These issues are still happening, 2024-08-01. Is the Bell team still working on them?
