Resolved! Some channels in my subscription are not working

I have noticed that since November 2023 the a la carte 10 channels and others supposedly included in the TV package do not play when watching TV. I modified the selections and waited a month to see if it was just an issue with refreshing the changes....

Resolved! New install - Fibe TV app says ‘no account detected’

I had Fibe internet installed yesterday and ordered Fibe TV at the same time. The internet was set up fine and the modem was authenticated but I cannot access Fibe TV. It says ‘no account detected’ under the ‘Easiest’ login option, and my credentials...

Resolved! cannot view programs i recorded from pbs

i cannot view programs that i recorded from pbs. it is listed in my package but if you look at it is says * Due to regional restriction, channel only available in Oshawa/Whitby/Peterborough/Toronto/Hamilton/Niagara Falls*   how do i get pbs back?
