setting up toll free number difficulties

Has anyone else experienced difficulty in setting up a toll free 800 or 877 type number? I am 8.5 hours in over 3 days and dozens of representatives none of which could help me put on hold or transferred to another dept or rep. Still trying...

Good Day & Welcome.

Which Bell Customer service department have you been in contact with, Residential or Small Business Services?

For immediate assistance you will need to speak directly to a Bell Canada Business Services representative to verify line compatibility, call routing, billing, type of number, etc. before a toll-free service can be added to your account. If need be, you can request to speak to a Bell Manager.

To contact Bell Small Business, please call:  1 800 668-6878 during regular business hour. If you would prefer a callback, please fill in the information requested on this weblink:

Unfortunately, there is little else we can do to assist you in a matter such as this on this website.

Take care.

@Temptr0f8 Ensure you have correctly contacted Bell Business Support & Sales. You can schedule or request a callback here.

When calling, Be prepared with:

  1. The physical number you want the calls routed to (existing phone line, Auto-Attendant, or Hunt Group).

  2. Business verification details (such as Bell Account Number if an existing customer).

  3. Preference for either a standard randomly assigned toll-free number or a specific vanity number.
