Since porting my number I am unable to receive calls from Cogeco network

Has anyone ran into issues porting landline numbers from Cogeco to Bell?  I recently ported (end of Jan) and I have family members and friends that use Cogeco for their landlines but when they try to call they get a message to not include a 1 because the number is not long distance, and they are not.  The funny thing is if it's from another landline provider OR from ANY cell phone the call goes through without issue.  I've reach out to both Cogeco Technical support and Bell Technical support numerous times but I haven't gotten anywhere as both companies blame the issue on each other. It started out with 2 Cogeco customers but now I know of 4.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

The general consensus is when this happens it is an incomplete porting of the number. It is a Cogeco or the original provider’s issue.

I also heard that one way to get these problems resolved is to submit a complaint with CCTS (Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services) https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/ so I have gone that route as well.
