Where can I see my incoming and outgoing call list?

Can anyone help me with how to acquire a list of incoming calls to my landline please?

New in this forum; I've done a search of posted topics with no luck. I'm a victim of harassment, and im trying to compile some evidence of this. As I've changed phones a couple times, attempted incoming call history only goes back a few months. Does Bell have any record of incoming calls to my number that weren't answered? I've taken screenshots of the phone history I do have, but this has been an issue for quite some time.

Thank you for your question. The information you seek is not in your phone bill nor available through your billing. If you need information for legal purposes, you will likely have to go through the police or a lawyer. Your phone history on the set itself is the only record, I believe.

How can you get a Home phone detailed local call listing

A detailed list of local calls is not something that is available with your Home phone. With your Home phone service, only billable calls such as long distance and/or collect calls will be displayed.

Depending on your home phone device, there are a number of other instruments on the market that will store call history E.g. Calls missed, dialed, caller ID, duration, etc.

In the instance that a list of incoming calls or any other usage is needed for legal reasons, the proper authorities will know how to request them.
