Bell's web site touts the availability of backup power battery backup. and states that they have the batteries for sale. However I have been unable to find anyone at Bell that will confirm this. Also, I found the following on the internet :Bell no longer offers the Home Hub 3000 backup battery for purchase. Apparently they discontinued them in Many 2021. Is Bell deliberately providing misleading and false info on its web site? Does anyone know if a backup battery is still available anywhere

It is a power station that I am planning on buying, so will that be okay because a UPS seems to have a very limited run time and the new power stations all seem to have a pure sine inverter.

I don't think so but I am looking into a power station with a pure sine inverter but my problem is I cannot seem to find out exactly what I need for the longest run time during outages.

The Ah of the battery pack is what determines how long it will work.
Here's an uptime calculator: uptime.
Due to the typical low power draw of the home hub it will last a long time. Do keep in mind that during most power outages the remote equipment is also experiencing the power outage. So while the home hub will stay powered up, the network might still go out.
