Bell fibre connection for a single dwelling which is wrongly classified as MDU.

Hi, I have commercial property which is a medical facility which needs good and stable internet. All around this property except this one has fibre optics. Every time I request to get a fibre at my location they decline saying it’s MDU(multi dwelling unit). I have no way to report that this building is a single dwelling and needs just a simple connection rather than complicating with bigger engineering solution. Is there anyway we can get bell to support local business and provide a simple basic fibre connection? If needed I can post exact address.
