Devices were set to Freeze Indefinitely

Last week for several days we had problems where none of our devices could connect either with Wifi or ethernet. We were told it was a modem issue and got a new gigahub. Still not working 2 days later a tech came, chznged our network name, and got our wifi working but not our ethernet ports. Today started having issies again and after logging into the modem all the devices that weren't working had been set to Frozen Indefinitely. But we didn't set that up and had no idea you could even do that. I deleted all those and then set the devices up again and it's working but how did they end up frozen in the first place?

Hey there @Redwolfb8

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community. We are glad that your service is working properly now

Although rare, It is possible that during the modem replacement and initial setup, some internal device rules were applied incorrectly, which caused the devices to be blocked.

Don't hesitate to let us know if that occurs again so we can take a closer look right away.
