Fibre splice keeps failing

Hello,

I have a new install with you and its been a nightmare, 3x techs have been here, first order your folks put it at wrong address... 2nd tech was able to pull and splice - 1 hour latern no service splice failed... and 3rd tech came today, respliced, worked for like 30 minutes to an hour and still same issue.

Your call centre keeps making me stay here all day for days on end.

I dont know what to do at this point... is there an escalation path? I can only be so lenient and patient.

When was your service originally supposed to be installed?
What model modem do you have?
Can you share the error code / message that you are seeing on your modem?
Looking forward to hearing back.

1400 cable not connected. Gigahub 2.0.

Its 100% the splice. This is exact same issue as before.
