Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question. We would like to assist you but are somewhat limited in offering a solution to your internet speed. You need to tell us more in order for us to help you more. Can you be more specific?
Speed can be affected by any number of factors. E.g. Number of devices connected, vintage, distance, connection type, physical surroundings, bandwidth, etc., etc.
- How are you accessing the Internet? Computer, tablet, mobile device, etc.
- Which Bell Internet plan do you subscribe to?
- Which model of Bell modem do you have?
- How are you connecting your devices to the Internet and Bell network? Wired with an Ethernet cable or wireless using Wi-Fi.
- If you are using a wireless connection, how far are you from the modem? Are you able to use a wired connection?
- How many devices are you using simultaneously that are connected to your network?
- Do you have a VPN?
- Are you experiencing issues with video streaming, gaming, web browsing, etc.
- Have you tried to run a Speed Test?
- Are you familiar with the Bell Wi-Fi app? If not, please check it out.
I have included the following Bell article that explains what you can do to improve your internet speed from at home:
There is an excellent video included that will explain Internet Speed and what you can do to improve your internet performance.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

Thank you for your question. Aside from the helpful questions of my colleague @WelshTerrier, it would be useful to know what speed your current package is with Bell and what your goal is in speeding up your internet speed. Are you having any issues with your current service? Are you using your connection for gaming? Looking forward to further conversation.

In general by upgrading to a plan that offers higher speeds.
However, it would be helpful to know your current plan, and to know if you are just looking for higher speed or are not getting the plan advertised speeds.
