Hi everyone. Since yesterday afternoon (Sept 16), I have been unable to access my Bell (Sympatico) e-mail from my app or the web browser.
I contacted Bell technical support and was told that there is an issue with their systems.
I was wondering if this problem is persisting. And if there any updates that anyone can share. Thank you.

Good Day and Welcome.
Thank you for posting your issue.
I am experiencing the same issues with two of my Bell.net email accounts. Both of which are timing out when trying to send & receive mail. This is more pronounced when using POP3 server settings & Microsoft Outlook Classic as an email client.
I have experienced similar send / receive issues with IMAP setting on Apple devices. Bell webmail slow to open and in processing outgoing mail.
I report this issue last evening to Bell Internet Support. They are aware of an issue with the email servers.
The problem appears to be the same this morning.
I have flagged this thread for a moderator to follow up on.
Take care.

My emails are taking too long to load as well. I've cleared my cahe etc and it it istill very slow when going from one email to another or even just clicking on a folder like Sent or Inbox. Takes long time. Never was like that untill recently.

I’ve had the same issue on and off for 3 months. Have been told to reset password multiple times, only to be denied access again sometimes within hours. Yesterday I was told it’s an Apple problem!
looking into Roger’s at the moment. Been with Bell 40 years.

I have also notice email has not been working or no new emails since 10:30AM and seems from the forum they may or may not have been a solution and this has been consistent since roughly Sept 16th and seems it’s still an issue. I’ve restarted my cell and I’ve tried wifi on and off etc: I also understand someone was dismissed as it’s an Apple issue. Please only advise of a proper investigation into this matter before it needs to be escalated. Seems it’s been an on and off issue which is unacceptable at this time.
