My internet on upper and basement are runny slower than a couple of weeks ago. The Pods are flashing but only a white colour. We did have a couple power outages last week. Not sure if that would have effected the Pods.
please let me know thoughts
Thanks

Hey there @CSSS
Welcome to the Bell community, and thank you for your post 🙂
Which modem are you using? Have you noticed any trouble with devices that are connected to your modem via Ethernet?
A pulsing LED on your pod normally indicates the pod is searching for a connection, and might appear continuously when the pod cannot connect to the Internet.
A few things that you can try are:
- Ensure the outlet is still working after the recent electricity outages you had. Test the electrical outlet that your pod is connected to by plugging something else in.
- Ensure your pods are not plugged into a power bar or extension cord.
- Make sure that Whole Home Wi-Fi is turned ON in your Modem GUI.
- Reboot your modem.
