WhatsApp calling is not working with bell internet .cannot connect to any IP TV

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community, and for all of the troubleshooting you have done so far.

You mentioned that you disabled Guard. But, if this happens again could you please try enabling the privacy mode via Guard instead? You can find a step by step hereOpens in a new tab or window

Thank you for the guidance. I have enabled privacy mode via Guard from the bell Wi-Fi app. I am monitoring it now. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Will reply again to this post if the issue reaapears.
