How to Check Your Mobility Data and Usage in the MyBell App

Keeping track of your data, minutes, and text messages is easy with the MyBell app. Use this guide to view your current usage and review past billing periods to stay in full control of your mobile plan.

Step-by-Step Guide to Viewing Your Usage

  1. Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  2. Log In: You will be logged in automatically if you are connected to the Bell Mobility network. If not, tap the Profile icon (top-right) and select Log in.
  3. Tap the Services icon at the bottom of the screen.
  4. If you have multiple mobility services, select the telephone number you want to check. Scroll down a little bit until you see Usage.
  5. Tap View usage. Your usage for the current billing cycle is displayed. Tap Data, Voice, Long Dist. or Text across the top so see those specific details.
  6. To see usage from a previous month, tap the Usage Period drop down menu at the top.
  7. Select the billing period you want to review from the list.
  8. The detailed usage for that selected period will now be displayed.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get data usage notifications?
Bell automatically sends you text message notifications when you have used 90% and 100% of the data included in your plan. You can also set up custom alerts within your MyBell profile on the Bell.ca website.
Is the usage shown in the app in real-time?
Data usage is typically updated in near real-time. However, talk and text usage, especially when roaming, may take longer to appear.
