Can't add the International 30-day Travel Pass to Uzbekistan

Hi, I can't add the International 30-day Travel Pass to Uzbekistan. I'm getting the message:
Your order can't be completed at this time.

Thank you for posting your question. How are you trying to add the travel pass to your account? Can you please try once again?

I have included three different methods below that will assist you in adding the International 30-day Travel Pass to your account.

To add a travel pass to your Bell account:

  1. Log in to the MyBell account using any web browser. Select > Mobility service. Select > to "Add or remove features" to choose your travel option.
  2. Log in to the MyBell account using the MyBell app. Select > Mobile service. Select > Manage in Travel features. Follow the onscreen prompts.
  3. Using your mobile device, text INTL30 to 4400 to add the International 30-day Travel Pass. 

If you require further help, you will need to call Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Thanks, it turns out the International 30-day Travel Pass is already activated on this account.
When I try to activate it (try again), I get an error. 🙂
It would be nice if the error message included information that this service is already activated, but that's just my wish list.
