I can't see your photo, but if it was sent to you, I suggest you contact your local police directly. Also check your credit card statement and contact your financial institution immediately to confirm your credit card has not been hacked or stolen.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for taking the time to post this photo & share this with the community.
Did you purchase this phone from an online e-commerce platform or a popular a popular online classified advertising site such as Kijiji where individuals buy, sell, or trade used and new items?
If this item is a fake and was purchased as a working mobile device, you should report this scam to the owner of the website. E.g. Amazon Marketplace Customer service, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
If you lost money, you should file a report with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the local police department.
If you paid by debit or with a credit card, verify your online account and report any suspicious transactions to your financial institution.
I wish I could do more. I can only offer the following with the hope that no one else falls prey to these thieves: "Buyer beware! If it is too good to be true, then it is a scam!"
Take care.
