Anyone clear on how to receive the one year perplexity pro offer? I’ve yet to receive a text for it, but I believe it’s a country wide offer?

I had not read the 5 tag line correctly (Valid only to new Perplexity Pro subscribers who have not previously created a Perplexity Pro account or previously redeemed a trial Perplexity Pro offer.) I had taken a one month free trial way back so I was barred right from the beginning

Yeah well I never got a code nor do I see a code in my account and I think Bell should honor this promotion as I have been a long time customer of Bell! I will contact them later.

I am confused with this as I received a text but when I try to enroll I am told I am not eligible as I am an existing customer. Like @Nancy68 below I agree with her. If I am not eligible then don't send me the text.

I never received a code and I've been a long time customer of Bell, both mobility and home TV & Internet! I call this morning and the guy told me if I'm not seeing the promotion in mybell account it's because it has expired!

Hi Apebit, did you manage to get a txt? I deloeted mine by mistake and have been on the phone with bell since 11:00 am, and still can't get them to re-send the link... They all say i was sent an email which i never received. Never Bell Again!!

I’m an eligible Bell Mobility customer. I received the Perplexity Pro promo SMS but accidentally deleted it. Customer care is refusing to resend the code. Can a Bell moderator help reissue it?

If you have accidently lost or misplaced your Perplexity Pro promo code, you can retrieve it by logging in to your MyBell account using any web browser. On the opening MyBell services web page, Select > Mobility. Scroll down the page to the "Recommended for you". Select > Enjoy 1 year of Perplexity Pro on us. Learn more - Redeem this code.

I have an issue with perplexity code. Someone help as it doesn't work every time it gives error invalid code. It also doesn't
show under my bell app.
