Unable to receive SMS from international number

Hello,

I am not receiving SMS from international number (Poland), but can receive other sms texts. The other carrier from the outgoing provider (Orange) that SMS was send properly

In order to best assist, a few more details will be needed;

• Are the failed receipt only occurring with the one contact?
• Have you verified the phone number to ensure it is entered correctly with the correct country code?
• What error message is your contact receiving when attempting to send you a text?
• Does your contact receive the text messages that you send them?
• Are you able to make and receive calls to the number in question?
• Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?

Hello,

I’m using android and found that unable to send SMS to another country but no problem for the SMS to Canada. 
Can anyone help ? 
As I know , Bell, Virgin and Lucky are using the same network , I tried all SIM cards but still not able to send SMS to other country
