Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Have you setup your Bell Mobility Message Centre voicemail mailbox? This needs to be completed before you can choose a standard greeting or create a personal greeting.

The first time you use Message Centre, you’ll be asked to set up your voicemail mailbox.

  1. Access your voicemail mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key on your mobile phone.
  2. Follow the prompts to record your name.
  3. Choose your greeting: Press 1 to use the standard greeting or Press 2 to record a personal greeting.

To setup your voicemail mailbox, I have included the following web link with all of the instructions to assist in the setup. Before starting, you will need to have the default or temporary voicemail password that was provided to you on the front page of your Critical Information Summary/Service Agreement.

Please review this document before starting your voicemail mailbox setup.
