Direct-to-voicemail spam : How to stop it?

Is anyone else getting scam voicemails without ever receiving a call? If so I think Bell should really work on making sure this stops happening.

How do I reduce the number of rings before voicemail on a Samsung s21. Currently rings 12 times. Tried *94 and got 3 beeps the number pad but no confirming 2 beeps after.
