As a new Bell user, am I entitled to free Crave??
I'm kinda curious, cuz I deleted the app.
Oops. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello!
I’ve had a Bell agent call me to confirm an appointment I had with a technician since I am now a new Bell client. When she confirmed my entire order (internet, tv and phone) she said she was surprised I didn’t get Crave with it since it was free. I said I didn’t know that and she replied she could add it and it wouldn’t cost me a thing. So I said go for it. That was a few days ago and I tried linking my crave account to my bell account and it says I am not a subscriber. So was she lying to me or is that something that I’m actually supposed to be able to get?

This is a peer-to-peer website. We do not have access to your account & billing records. Bell does offer from time-to-time various promotions. E.g. Crave with Ads, etc.
We would need for you to provide us with additional information in order to answer your question.
Did you receive a confirmation email from Bell with instructions on how to activate Crave? Was this a promotional bundled plan that you subscribed to? Can you tell us more about your Internet, TV & Home phone subscription?
Have you called Bell Customer Service & discussed this with a service representative? A Bell representative will have access to your full account details & is in a better position to answer your question.
Have you logged in to your MyBell account to see if Crave is listed as part of your TV and Streaming services?

If you’re a Bell mobility subscriber, as of May 14, 2026, you get Crave Standard with adds for free. We activated the offer, but we’re not receiving that package. Just the Crave (formerly CTV app). Using the chat feature for help was useless. Very frustrating.

Bell offers from time-to-time various promotions. E.g. Crave with Ads, etc.
Crave Standard with Ads is a promotion available with continued subscription to eligible Bell Mobility plan and is subject to change at any time without notice. In order to fully answer your question, I would need for you to provide us with additional information.
How to sign in to Crave
- Go to crave.ca on a web browser
- Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on Activate Subscription Through Provider
- Create an account by entering an email address you have access to or, if you already have a Bell Media Account (Crave, TSN, RDS, CTV, Noovo), enter the email address associated with that account
- If you are creating a new account, you will be asked to create a password. If you already have an account with that email address, you will be asked to input your password
- If you are creating a new account, you will have to verify your email address by inputting a code sent to that email address.
- Select your provider from the list.
- Verify your provider account by following the steps required by your provider
- You can now start enjoying Crave
Once you have activated your Crave account, simply download the Crave App and login with your email address and password.
