All the promotions to my email I receive, the bills, the communications are all in French, but I am an English speaker is there a way to change these to English?

As a new Bell user, am I entitled to free Crave?? I'm kinda curious, cuz I deleted the app. Oops. Any info would be appreciated.  Thanks  

Resolved! MyBell app only shows a blue screen

My app is not loading - all I get is the blue screen. Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried reinstalling and that did nothing.

Billed when cancelling during the Buyers remorse period

Absolutely shameless... Bell and their salespeople are completely dishonest and misleading I was assured multiple times while signing up AND cancelling that I would be charged nothing if I am not happy with the service and cancel within the first 15 ...

I got an email saying I used wrong account number to make my payment last month. Tried to insert new one bill 14 digit account number but bank says not enough numbers. So what do you look up to add bell one bill as a new payee with new account number...

Resolved! How to log out of MyBell profile

How to log off from My Bell to support privacy - it’s not obvious- never had trouble before. You could go to the menu on the home page to log off but now I can’t find it. This isn’t helpful when we are trying to maintain security
