Pre-paid Mastercard redemption site not working.

I received an email from Bell for my $250 pre-paid Mastercard but the link to the website is not working to redeem the card. 
how do I redeem my card?

I am having the same problem  can't find help maybe someone from Bell reads this they can help

I have tried all that .. still unable to get it. Now it gives me an error code  it shouldn't be this difficult

5. If you have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to enter the code and are encountering an error, please clear your cache, cookies, & history, close your browser and try again at a later time.
6. Have you contacted Bell Cardholder Services?

Got a email from bell to register for 100$ prepaid card by clicking on link

promoprepaidcard.bell.ca 

but when click it says 502 Bad gateway. Been trying this for few days on different computer, different browser but same result. What can i do ?

I followed up on your concern this morning & yes there are issues with the website you have provided. I received the same error messages a number of times, 520 Bad gateway.

Were you expecting to receive this email from Bell? I ask this question only to reconfirm the legitimacy of the email that you received? If your answer is no, then this email claiming to be from Bell about a prepaid card (such as a promotional reward, loyalty refund, or rebate), it is likely a phishing scam. If that is the case, then just delete the email.

If you were expecting this email, can you please share some further details with respect to the $100 prepaid card email that you received from Bell? 

1. Was this prepaid card linked to a promotion that was being offered by Bell? If so, which one?
2. When did you receive this email? Are there any terms, conditions or expiry details mentioned in the email?
3. Which type of card is it? Visa or Mastercard?

It seems legit. I was told from dealer that I will get 100$ prepaid card for 2 months since activation. I may have to call bell. Thanks

If you were promised a gift card by Bell, then you should have received an email from Bell with the instructions for the prepaid $100 Visa Gift Card.

Did you receive the confirmation email? If so, has it been 2 months as mentioned in your original post?

There still appears to be a problem with being able to access the website.

If you are still unable to access the Bell Prepaid Visa card website, please check out the FAQs under, "I’m having difficulties using this tool. What should I do?" for further assistance.

Same problem. Is it possible that you have updated part of your system but not everything? Or is it possible that somebody is spoofing you email and phishing to try to get the prepaid cards? The email I received listed a different website than mentioned in this thread ( promoprepaidcard.bell.ca ) which gives a "bad gateway" error because the URL embedded in the text link is ( https://www.promoprepaidcard.bell.ca/ ). I have tried multiple browsers and on my phone. The email also gives two numbers (registration and order number). I have tried both numbers in both websites and nothing works. Please confirm. No need to repeat the info you've already provided.

The links in your post are both for the Bell Prepaid Visa card. There are issues with the weblink for the Bell Prepaid Visa card. I have received the same error messages a number of times, 520 Bad gateway. I have flagged this issue and reported it to a Bell moderator for investigation.

Ok, I guess I'll have to call when I have time. 

But I think there still may be an issue with the systems somewhere. You said, "The links in your post are both for the Bell Prepaid Visa card." but the subject line of my email states that it is "How to redeem your Prepaid Mastercard from Bell." And it doesn't give me a "Redemption Code", it gives me a "registration code" and an "order number". Neither of which work in the Visa or Mastercard system. And I am cutting and pasting the exact code and making sure there are no extra spaces.

I have the same issue, but I called bell and they said the website was having issues and its a known issue and offered to just add the gift card amount as a credit balance on my bell account instead.
