How do I activate my prepaid mastercard

I have made several attempts to activate this card over the past few months with 0 luck.  Is Bell making it difficult hoping customers will give up

If you haven''t received your virtual card, make sure to check your spam, promotional and junk folders. The email will contain the link to your reward card that will take you to the website to redeem your code. Codes are often delivered in minutes but please allow up to 2 business days to receive the email with a link to your card.

• Click on the redemption link you received in your email or enter the redemption code in My Prepaid Center to activate the card.
• You will be directed to the billing address Register to Shop Online page.
• Please enter your personal information and accept agreements to complete the registration.
• If you were not taken to the screen to register your card after activating, navigate to your card details page to locate the option to register your card.

Please follow the instructions provided on this site. Please enter the redemption code exactly as it appears.
