I need to change my mailing address on the account

Good Day.

If you are Registered for MyBell, you can update your email address directly from your My profile in MyBell or the MyBell app.

You can follow these steps to change your email address online:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Select > My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select > MyBell profile.
  4. Scroll down the page.
  5. Select > Contact email on the right side of the page.
  6. Click on the Edit button.
  7. Enter your: New email address.
  8. Re-enter & confirm email address.
  9. Select > Save.

Which specific address information would you like to update and change. Please refer to the following instructions:

If you are Registered for MyBell, you can update your address information directly from your billing profile in MyBell or the MyBell app.

You can follow these steps to change your Mailing and billing address online:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Select My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Billing and service profile.
  4. Select the tab for your service bill.
  5. Click on the billing address Change button.
  6. Enter your address and click Save.

If you are wishing to change your Contact email address online:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Select > My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select > MyBell profile.
  4. Scroll down the page.
  5. Select > Contact email on the right side of the page.
  6. Click on the Edit button.
  7. Enter your: New email address.
  8. Re-enter & confirm email address.
  9. Select > Save.

You can also call Bell Customer Service billing & payments at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device to make any changes to your address information.
