Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question. Based on the limited information you have provided, I can only assume that your brother has a Bell Mobility prepaid monthly plan.
The easiest way to add funds to his prepaid phone account is by credit card online with a computer or tablet. If your brother-in-law has a prepaid card this can also be used to add minutes to his account.
In order to add minutes to his account, you will need to have access to his MyBell account. In discussion with your brother-in-law, he may wish to choose any one of the other options I have included below.
- Automatic Low Balance top-up option. Tops up your account when your balance drops below $5 or when your funds expire.
- Automatic Monthly top-up. Tops up your account on a designated day each month and ensures unused funds carry over to the next month.
- Automatic Monthly/Low Balance top-up option. Tops up your account on a designated day each month and if your funds run out before the end of the month, ensuring unused funds carry over to the next month.
All of the instructions for topping up funds on your brother-in-law's mobility account are included in this weblink.
To login to your MyBell account:
- Go to: Bell.ca and Select > Log in at the top right corner.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Select > Log in.
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.
