Outlook,

I am trying to add my Hotmail email to my iPhone. I can’t figure out how to change the email address that’s listed for the verification code; I no longer have access to that email account.

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question.

To change your Bell MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) email address, log in to MyBell, go to the "My profile" section, and edit the "Contact email" field. You must use a non-Bell email address (e.g., Gmail or Outlook) for verification. You can also configure Bell MFA to use a mobile number for SMS verification.

If you are unable to log in to MyBell to change your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) email because you no longer have access to the old email or phone number, you will need to contact Bell support to update your profile information.
Please
call Bell iTech support & request to have the MFA for your account reset. Call: 1-800-667-0123  or dial *611 from your Bell mobility phone.

Take care.
