Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question.

We would like to assist you in resolving this matter. In order to do so, you will need to provide us with further details. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account and billing records.

  1. Did you sign up for the "Crave, Netflix, Disney+ Premium package" online by longing into your MyBell account or did you contact Bell Customer Service to add this streaming package to your account?
  2. Is this Premium streaming package bundled or included as part of a promotion that Bell is offering?

If you do not wish to have Disney+ included as part of your streaming package, you can easily make changes to your existing subscription by logging in to your MyBell account. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to MyBell
  2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Manage subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage, then select Change subscription.
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts and save your changes.
  • Please Note: You can make changes to your Streaming plan or bundle through MyBell every 30 days. If you upgrade your plan, the changes will be effective immediately. If you downgrade your plan or make a lateral change to your bundle, the changes will be effective at the start of your next scheduled renewal period.
