Inquiry regarding US data/calling coverage for "EPP Max 175 GB US/MEX" plan

Hi there,

​I am currently using the "EPP Max 175 GB US/MEX - BYOD" plan, and I have a quick question regarding an upcoming trip to the US (Seattle).

​Since my plan explicitly states US/MEX in the title, I understand that my data and calling features should work in the US just like they do in Canada without any extra fees.

​However, in my app under "Travel features," I see that "Roam Better - w/ home data" is activated, which mentions a charge of $13/day for US travel.

​Could you please confirm if I will be charged this $13/day fee when I use my phone in Seattle? Or is the US roaming entirely covered by my current plan with $0 additional charges?

If your plan includes Unlimited Calling, Texting and Data in Canada and the U.S, then you will not be charged $13/day for US travel.

Please refer to your Rate Plan Details & Rate Plan Add-ons in your Bell Mobility agreement for the complete information. To access your agreement:

  • Login to your MyBell account with any web browser.
  • Select > the following web link:  My Agreements
  • Select > Mobility service. Your agreement will be on the top of the page below your mobile number.
  • Choose your mobility agreement from within your: Agreements history.  Select > Download agreement.
