Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Have you contacted Bell Customer Service & reported your payment? If not please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)

If you made your payment via credit card on MyBell, it will be recorded right away and resume period can take up to 4 hours depending on the cause of suspension (some additional steps may be needed if the line is cancelled due to non-payment). If you made your payment via your financial institution, it will take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Once your payment is received and posted, you may need to restart your phone in order to regain access to the network.

Take care.

How can I cancel my suspension for late bill payment online

Good Day and Welcome to the Bell Community Forum!

I would suggest you contact Bell Customer Service billing & orders ASAP. Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Which mobility plan do you subscribe to? Is this a Monthly plan or a Prepaid plan? Are you on a SmartPay 2 yr. rate plan? Have you reviewed your mobility agreement? Prepaid customers cannot temporarily suspend their mobile service.

If you have a SmartPay 2-yr contract, you are still responsible for the monthly SmartPay payments even if your Bell Mobility service is suspended.

Depending on your plan & your mobility agreement you may not be able to suspend your service

A suspension of your services does not equate to a stoppage in billing. A one-time suspension charge of $49 will be applied to your next bill. Monthly service charges will be prorated within 1–2 billing cycles.

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.

Take care.

I have paid my bill after suspension of my account and now how can i recover my account

Good Day & Welcome.

When and how did you make your payment? Has Bell received your payment? Have you notified Bell of your payment? Please refer to this subsection in the link I have provided:

The fastest way to restore your service is to make an immediate payment with your credit card or a prepaid credit card online or on your mobile phone / smartphone.

You can also make a payment over the phone by contacting Bell at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or for a mobility postpaid account: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Please note that your account will only be restored after payment is received and if the amount is enough to bring your balance below your credit limit.

For more information, please see the payment processing times for different payment methods.

If your payment brings you below your credit limit, your service will be restored within 30 minutes of Bell receiving it. If you have a phone with a SIM card, you will need to turn the phone off then on again to restore service. You will receive a text message confirming your phone is ready to use.

For further assistance please contact Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or for a mobility postpaid account: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device during regular business hours.

Good day,I hope you can help me with my question. In short, I have multiple Apple devices with Bell. I currently have an overdue account for over $1,500. I lost my job and am unemployed, so I can’t afford to pay it. My accounts were suspended today, and I can’t cover anything right now. However, I’m willing to pay it off once I find a job.My main question is: when Bell suspends my service (I have multiple financed devises and Device return option devices  with me), will they blacklist my phones? What happens next after suspension? Will it be sent to collections, or will it be blacklisted due to non-payment?
