Unable to apply custom data usage block in MyBell app - "enable cookies" page pops

Several bell web forms appear to be broken, with the input box losing focus as soon as try to enter text.  This is especially noticeable when trying to add or edit custom schedules as part of managing data usage. This happens on windows, mac, and iOS across chrome, edge, and safari browsers.

Also, if I try to “edit a custom schedule” within the iOS mybell app, it redirects to en error page saying i need to enable cookies.

 Its been this way for months.

Thanks - were you able to check the edit/create custom schedule form itself? As mentioned, if i try to use it from a web browser (desktop or mobile) i’m not able to enter values. The input fields loses focus as soon as you try to type a character.

Is there a fix for setting up a custom schedule? I also keep getting the “need to enable cookies” error when trying to set up custom schedule on the bell app for iphone

Hey there @NeilA

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂

We would like to dig into this a bit further. To start, please confirm the following:

  • iPhone model:
  • iOS version:
  • Bell Wi-Fi app version:
  • Please also verify that all are up to date:

Hope to hear from you soon,

@BellPatricia

Wow. This has been broken for like… a year.  Its all all surfaces - web and mobile, app and browsers. Systemic bug. Likely a simple fix done by a day by a competent dev, something that bell clearly lacks. I switched to another provider.
