Can you please provide us with details in terms of your reference to: "how do I find emails that I have flagged or pinned or both at the same time?" Are you using an email client to access your webmail or are you using the Bell Webmail interface?
You cannot flag or pin individual emails directly within the Bell Webmail interface.
You can set up flags, pins of importance, follow-ups, reminders, etc. in an email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, etc.
