For Bell Fibe TV Customers
You can access Crave content in three ways depending on receiver model:
English Content:
- Press your remote’s on demand button (or navigate to the On Demand section in the menu), go to the Crave & more category, and select Crave.
- Go to channel 1310 (HD) or 310 (SD) and press SELECT on your remote.
- Press your remote’s apps button (or navigate to the Apps section in the menu), find the Crave app, and select it.
French Content:
- Press your remote’s on demand button (or navigate to the On Demand section in the menu), go to the French - Crave & more category, and select Crave FR.
- Go to channel 1159 (HD) or 159 (SD) and press SELECT on your remote.
- Press your remote’s apps button (or navigate to the Apps section in the menu), find the Crave app, and select it.
Note: The first time you use the Crave app, you must log in with your MyBell username and password.
For Satellite TV Customers
Crave is available on receiver models 9241, 9400, 9500, or 7500 connected to high-speed Internet (2 Mbps download speed or faster). Check the front of your receiver for the model number.
Note: Customers with a 9241 or 9400 receiver need an Internet connector for on-demand content. If you don't have a compatible receiver, use the Crave app or Fibe TV app.
English Content:
- Launch the On Demand service in one of these ways:
- Press the On Demand or Movies button on your remote.
- Tune to channel 1000 (HD).
- Press Menu on your remote and select On Demand.
- Navigate to the Crave & more category and select Crave.
French Content:
- Launch the On Demand service in one of these ways:
- Press the On Demand or Movies button on your remote.
- Tune to channel 1800 (HD).
- Press Menu on your remote and select On Demand.
- Navigate to the French - Crave & more category and select Crave FR.
Using the Fibe TV App
- Log in to the app with your MyBell username and password.
- Tap the On Demand icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- From the By Channel list, select Crave.
- Select the Crave logo in either the English or French section.
Troubleshooting "Subscription Required" Message
This error can occur when the account linking process between Crave (Bell Media) and your Bell Canada/MyBell profile fails. To fix this, you must create and link a Bell Media account.
How to Create and Link Your Account
- From the Crave home page, select Sign In.
- On the next page, select Sign In Through TV Provider.
- Choose to sign in via QR code or web (crave.ca/providername).
- Select your TV provider from the list and enter your credentials.
Note: If you have an existing, linked Bell Media Account, it will be recognized here. Enter the activation code to proceed.
- If you don't have a Bell Media Account, you will be prompted to create one (a one-time requirement). Provide your email and password. A verification email will be sent to complete the process.
Accessing Crave on Other Devices
You can also watch Crave content through the Crave app. When watching over Wi-Fi or a mobile network, data usage charges may apply. Learn more about the Crave app

I have whole home pvr and I only show Netflix on pvr for say current one out and it dosent show on channel listing . I’m not connected to internet but was just wondering why it not showing up

You need to have an internet connection, as well as a Crave subscription active with your TV service in order to view Crave on your receiver.
