I get error 1009n/2 when I choose to play a live tv show on my ipad I have reinstalled app and it still gives me the same error

Resolved! Alert Ready - Channel redirects

Enough already with the channel redirection to the emergency notification channel. I sure dont need to be redirected every 2 minutes. Been getting the redirect for an hour now and would just like to watch the TV already.
