How to disable apps (youtube) on Bell Streamer

My mother in law has a Bell Streamer and uses the google voice to get to apps.  Unforetunately when trying to get to CBC News Network it sometimes instead goes to CBC clips on Youtube.  She then has trouble getting back out.  She has no need for youtube.  Is there a way disable Youtube so google voice does not route request in that direction?

Ideally Bell could provide a simplified option for the user interface that only has a scroll menu with selectable content (like favorites)
