Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
You cannot get standalone Bell Fibe TV without a Bell Internet plan.
If you have a Bell TV account, you can watch Bell TV on the internet. You will need to be able to log in to your MyBell account with a web browser and or if more preferable you can access your Fibe TV subscription by way of the Fibe TV app.
Requirements
- Fibe TV service with a PVR, Satellite TV service or Fibe TV app service
- Internet speed of 15 Mbps or higher is recommended (15 Mbps for the Fibe TV app subscribers)
- For Apple TV, AirPlay-enabled devices, Amazon Fire TV and ChromecastTM, the available content varies depending on your location.
- You can also watch Fibe TV directly on a Smart TV using the Fibe TV app without needing a traditional set-top box. Compatible platforms include: Samsung Smart TVs, LG Smart TVs, Android TV devices, etc
Once the app is installed, log in using your MyBell username and password.
What is Fibe TV app and how do I use it : What is Fibe TV app? (bell.ca)
You can install and log in to the Fibe TV app on multiple devices; however, you may only stream content on two devices at a time.
You can watch Bell Fibe TV on a non-Bell internet, but functionality is limited.
Take care.
