I spoke with Bell help desk about problems with my satellite dish. It gives signal error messages on a regular basis. The dish is over 15 years old. Although I asked to speak with someone who could verify the age of the dish and possible renewal the solution I was given was to install a new receiver. How do I arrange for a technician to come and problem solve the dish issue?
