Can I use Restart with NHL center ice?

Would restarting a hockey game from the start a possibility?  Let's says if I get home in the middle of the game that I'm recording?  With the NHL center ice.

Good Day & Welcome @Crowley1991

Thank you for posting your question.

Are you able to share which television service you subscribe to? Can you share which receiver or streaming device you are using?

When you press record on a live show using Bell Fibe, it records from the exact moment you press the button, rather than the beginning of the program.

However, if you missed the start of a show, you can use the Restart feature to play it from the beginning, provided the channel you select supports it.

Bell Fibe TV's Restart feature lets you play a show currently in progress or one that has aired within the last 30 hours from the beginning.

You can stop a recording on Bell Fibe and restart it from the beginning.

Restart programs cannot be recorded. However, for shows in progress, you can go back to live TV and record the show from that point on.

Keep in mind, restart is not available on every channel or for all programs.

You cannot Restart a live show with the Fibe TV app on a Roku TV and on a computer. The Restart function is not available as an option or feature. You can pause and rewind live TV. You can watch, manage and download recordings, etc.

What is Restart and how do I use it? (bell.ca)

Take care.

Hi @Crowley1991
The NHL Center Ice channels do not support the restart feature, so you would need to record the games.

I would be using a chromecast and firestick.  I would subscribe to starter and NHL center ice only.

Does NHL center support restart?  If so i wouldn't need to schedule recording of the games I want to watch later

Hi @Crowley1991
The NHL Center Ice channels do not support the restart feature, so you would need to record the games.
