I followed the forum’s instructions edited in 2023 to select settings - parental control- set PIN - then I entered my username and password on the left side box MODIFY settings and it said my username & password were not valid but they are the same entries for logging into MyBell. Now today I tried again and the system is not allowing to key in without giving me a voice option and when I type a letter it underscores it. What is going on ?

Are you setting up Parental Controls directly on your receiver, or via the Fibe TV app directly on your TV set? Have you tried resetting your MyBell password to see if that makes a difference?
To start we recommend rebooting all of your equipment to help clear any glitches. You can find the steps on resetting your PIN and MyBell password in this support article: Fibe TV service upgrade FAQs
Try that out and let us know if you are still having any trouble.
