I am not receiving the option to “get” the Fibe TV app after I select it (in Step 2). I’m only seeing a bunch of shows that I can choose, the Apple TV/Prime Video app, the Amazon internet and Amazon Music apps and YouTube.

Hi there @TillyBean
Please ensure that within the Fire Stick settings, that you have the account registered to Canada and not the U.S. Upon taking a closer look into this we were unable to replicate the issue and the region being set incorrectly will cause this type of behaviour.
Let us know how that goes.

Good Day & Welcome
Thank you for posting your question.
Did you purchase your device in Canada or in another country? Do you have an Amazon Canada account?
If not, you can switch your Amazon account to a different country in order to install local apps on your Fire Stick. Before starting, please make sure you are logged in to your Amazon account on your computer.
- Go to Amazon.ca and sign in your account.
- Go to this web link: Manage Your Content and Devices
- You will now be able to view all of your Amazon register devices, including your Fire Stick.
- To verify your Country/Region settings, Select > Preferences.
- Your Current country/region should read: Canada
- If this is incorrect, please change this to: Canada
- You can pick any address you want as long as the address is real & in Canada.
- Save your changes.
To verify or change Country/ Region on your Fire Stick:
- From the Fire Stick Home screen go to Settings > Preferences > Time Zone. Your Time Zone should be > North America. If not, Select > North America. Now scroll down & Select > your time zone in North America (Canada).
- Save your changes & Exit.
- Restart the Fire TV by unplugging it from power and plugging back in.
- Once it's powered back up, use the search function to the left of the Home menu button at the top (magnifying glass icon) to find and download the Bell Fibe TV app for the selected region.
Take care.

Hi there @TillyBean
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share which model of Fire TV Stick you have?
Have you tried rebooting your device?
Have you tried performing a factory reset on your device?
Are you able to download any other apps or are you only experiencing issues with the Fibe TV app?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi @BellNick
i have the Fire stick 4K Plus. I have rebooted it and done a factory reset. I’ve been able to load several other apps. The only app I can’t download is the Bell Fibe app.
thanks.

Hi @BellNick
I used the Amazon.ca/code link to register my Fire Stick. How can I check to make sure I have the correct region set?
Thank you
