On the Fibe app program guide, there are programs with the house icon in the corner that say they can only be watched at home while connected to wi-fi, and I’m unable to watch them. But I am at home on wi-fi and without a VPN. Why would I be restricted from these?

Thank you for your concern. Are you using a Fibe device or the app? How are you connecting to Bell internet? You may find some answers in this thread.

I am also getting the error message (This content can only be played on your receiver in home) when trying the view the TSN4K channel. The other 4K channels (1395/1396 and 1398) work and do not display the error message. The channel had been working a few days ago when you fixed the 26.3 issue.
Version 25.42.0.96 Device AppleTV6_2 tvOS 26.3
I am using an Apple TV 4K (1st gen)
Do you need any other information?
Thank You

TSN4K, Channel 1399 is not working on the Apple TV4K (3rd gen). Same error message as we were getting from Sportsnet 4k earlier in the week. It is working on the Amazon Firestick 4k Max. The guide says "Next live event Feb 24" when clearly it is showing the Olympics.

Hey there @Rock52 & @LearningToKnow
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂
Please try deleting the Fibe TV app, and then reinstall it and test to see if you continue to have trouble.
Keep us posted,

Hey @Rock52 Thank you for getting back to us.
We just confirmed that this is now resolved. Can you check the TSN4K channel again and let me know if everything looks good?

It's working for me as well. I did not need to re-install the app. Thank you for your attention to this.
