I use to have Crave. But when I tried to log on it said get a subscription. As far as I know that I am stilling paying for crave. Everytime I contact Crave or Bell they explain to me how to log on like I am a idiot. Maybe the simple thing to do is just to cancel Bell altogether I don't know.

3) Next, you will be given a choice to sign in using a QR code or through web crave.ca/providername
4) After choosing QR code or web Sign In, select your TV provider from the list and enter the provider's credentials.
Note: If you already have an existing Bell Media Account already linked to your Bell Fibe TV account, it will be recognized at this step and you can enter the activation code and begin enjoying your favourite Crave content.
5) If you have not already created a Bell Media Account, you will be prompted to do so now as a one time requirement. Simply, provide an email address and telephone number, then choose your password. A verification email will be sent to the provided email address; complete your verification and you'll be ready to stream the best that Crave has to offer.

How do I sign into Crave?
Sign in on the app:
- Go to your device’s app store and search for the Crave app.
- Download and install the app.
- Open the app and click on ‘Sign in’.
Sign in on the website:
- Open your preferred browser.
- Go to https://www.crave.ca/en
If you subscribe through a TV service provider (e.g. Bell TV,): Click on I'm a TV subscriber. If you don’t see your provider, try clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of the window and search for your provider.
To watch Crave from your mobile device or tablet, simply download the Crave app. These are the minimum device requirements.
- Android tablets and smartphones running version 7.0+
- iPad, iPod and iPhone running iOS 13+ with AirPlay
- Windows tablets and smartphones running version 8.1
If you are experiencing technical or playback issues, such as:

To make sure, have you gone through the appropriate steps to link your Bell Mobility account to your Crave account? Double check with the following:
- Go to crave.ca/link/bell-mobility

- If you already have a Crave account, sign in using your existing credentials. For users new to Crave, create an account by providing an email address and password.
- Link your Crave account to your Bell Mobility phone number.
- Enter the one-time verification code that will be sent to your Bell Mobility phone number via SMS.
- Follow the instructions from there to complete linking your Bell Mobility and Crave accounts.
Just to be extra sure, double check your Crave account settings for what exact account is linked. If it's still an older home services account, either internet or TV, make sure to remove that. If there's already a Bell Mobility account, try removing it and following the prior instructions in case there was a prior technical issue when linking.
If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of what you're seeing on your phone when attempting to log in, as well as what you're seeing when trying to log in through your Google device, and share with the Community for further assistance.

Did u clear the cache of ur web browser. I never had any similar problem with crave’s Android & iOS apps.

I got crave when switching to bell mobility. I can only seem to watch it through a web browser on my PC.
my bell account shows i have the crave with adds, crave shows my bell mobility account linked.
on my phone when i try and sign in to the crave app using sign in through provider, it says i dont have a tv sub linked to my account.
when i try and login through my google tv using bell as the provider i scan the QR code, choose bell on my phone, login using my bell creds, and i get i dont have a tv sub linked to my account.
I do also have bell fibre internet, and used to have crave free for a couple months, but cancelled it. thinking maybe it was old cashed creds i cleared cookies stopped the apps reinstalled etc on both the tv and phone.
Still nothing. IT's not seeing the free crave on anyting other than a web browser login. everything else says i dont have an active tv sub to use it.

My mobility plan came with crave basic but I can’t figure out how to get connected to it. Anyone know the solution to this?? Or do I just have to wait a couple days until it goes through? I keep getting an error saying v I’m not subscribed to any bell tv service when I try to log in using MyBell credentials.

I have access to Crave and HBO through my Bell Fibe internet package and the basic TV package. I have downloaded the Crave app on my Roku tv but when I try to log into the app using my Bell subscription credientials it says I don’t have a subscription. I have had this subs for years and did not have an issue logging into this way before. Has something changed?
Also, when I tried to to AirPlay a Crave show from my iPhone to the Roku, I am getting a message that function is not available.
I’m sure I’ve been able to webcast Crave shows to my TV before.

Good Day.
Which Fibe TV App package do you subscribe to Standard or Premium? Do you subscribe to Crave Basic or Premium? Is your Crave package linked to your Bell Mobility account as part of a 2yr. promotion?
Currently, Roku devices, PlayStation 4 & 5 and casting with AirPlay are not available on ad-supported Crave plans.
Please reconfirm that you have an active Crave subscription linked to your Fibe TV App subscription. Login to you MyBell account. Select > TV. Select > View channel line-up. Your Crave subscription will be listed in the Additional packages section. If it is not listed, then you can add or modify your Crave subscription by selecting > Modify channels.
If you have an active Crave subscription with Bell, you will be able to download the Crave app from the Roku store. Do you have a qualifying Crave subscription? To activate your Crave subscription with Bell, select the ‘Sign In’ button in the Account Management section. If you have a subscription with Bell, select the option to Sign in through TV provider. You will be presented with an activation code. go to crave.ca/roku on your web or mobile browser and enter the code.

Which Bell Mobility plan do you subscribe to? Did you recently activate or upgrade to one of Bell's new unlimited Ultimate plans that included Crave Basic? If so, Crave would have been included free as part of the promotion.

You can confirm what is included in your mobility plan by:
- Logging in to your MyBell account.
- Select your Mobility service. Select > Go to Mobility overview.
- This will take you to a web page that includes your Plans, add-ons & travel details.
- Select > Plan & add-on details.
You can also verify your mobility plan by reviewing your Bell Mobility agreement. The full details of what is included with your mobility plan are included in this document. To access your Mobility agreement:
- Log in to MyBell account. Select > My Profile. Select > MyBell. Scroll down & Select > Services.
- Your agreement is on the right side of the page at the top, below your Mobile number.

Up until tonight since November, I could watch my linked subscription through Bell of Crave with ads on my TV through my Amazon Firestick streaming device.
I go to watch my show on Crave and tonight it says I need a subscription. I go to my Bell app and it says Crave is linked like it always is. I go to Crave.ca and Crave works fine on my cell. I want to watch on my TV screen like usual, not on my phone. What is going on please??

Which model of Firestick do you have? Please verify that your Amazon Firestick is still compatible with the Crave app.
Due to recent changes, the following Amazon Firestick devices are no longer supported by the Crave app:
- Fire TV Stick (Gen 1) - AFTM
- Fire TV (Gen 3) - AFTN
If Crave isn't working on your Amazon Fire Stick, ensure your device is updated, your account settings are correct (set to Canada), and try restarting the Fire Stick. If the issue persists, consider clearing the app's cache, reinstalling the app, or checking for any parental controls that may be restricting access.
