I’ve been experiencing freezing and mostly poor quality while watching hockey playoffs on either TSN or Sportsnet. The feed will be occasionally be crisp but mostly pixelated. I’m watching on a Samsung Qled tv.

Hey there @Hockey Fan
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂
We’d like to gather a few more details so we can better help you.
- Do you have Fibe TV or Satellite, and are you watching through a TV receiver or the Fibe TV app on your Samsung TV? If you are using a receiver please let us know which one.
- Does this happen at the same time on any other devices or receivers in your home?
- Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps when the pixilation happens? We would recommend rebooting your equipment to start. Also, if you’re using Wi‑Fi, please test an Ethernet connection if possible to help rule out any connection‑related issues.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Hockey Fan
You've indicated that the TV is connected to the main hub via HDMI, but can you share which receiver model you have (VIP5662, VIP2262, VIP7802, Bell Streamer, etc..)?
Is the receiver connected via ethernet or Wi-Fi and have you tested both connection types to see if the issue persists?
Does this only happen during the hockey playoffs on TSN / Sportsnet or does it occur during other time-frames on different channels?
Looking forward to hearing back.
