How do I cancel crave with my new Bell account

I have the Disney/Crave Bundle already. I just started with Bell and now I’m being charged for Crave as well. How can I cancel Crave here with Bell so I can keep my bundle and pay for that so I’m not paying twice?

This is a peer-to-peer website. As such we do not have access to your account & billing records. You cannot cancel Crave with Bell on this website.

  • You mentioned that you already have a Disney/Crave Bundle. Is this with Bell or is your subscription with another supplier?
  • You mentioned that you are new to Bell, we need for you to tell more in terms of terms and conditions of your new service. Is it a Bundled TV and Internet package that includes Crave?
  • Is your subscription on a Month-to-month or 2-yr term?
  • Bell Streaming Subscriptions

If you currently have a Crave bundle subscription billed directly through Crave – such as Crave with STARZ or Crave with TSN, especially on an annual plan – please note the following:

  • Your existing Crave bundle will not be automatically paused or cancelled when you subscribe to Crave through Bell.
  • You must manage your direct billed Crave bundle when subscribing through Bell to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
  • This applies to all Crave bundles, including those with STARZ, TSN or RDS.
