Need new Bell Streamer remote

My bell streamer remote got crushed by accident. I can’t find a place online to buy a replacement. Does anyone know how I can get a new one? Or are there any third party remotes that will work? Or do I have to buy a whole new streamer/remote bundle? Thanks!

Unfortunately, you can no longer buy a new Bell Streamer as a standalone device. Bell no longer sells them.

However, you don't need dedicated hardware. You can simply download the Fibe TV App onto a Smart TV and or purchase an affordable, alternative streaming device such a Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Roku device, etc.

Before going out and replacing your Bell Streamer, have you tried to do any troubleshooting?

• Check for loose cables and connections.
• Are you using a power bar? Try plugging your Bell Streamer into another outlet.
• Have you made any physical changes that might obstruct or affect the signal between your modem, Bell Streamer and the remote control?
• Changing the batteries might fix the issue if the remote is unresponsive or low on battery, but it won't resolve the problem if you still have picture and other buttons work normally. If you have no audio, the issue is usually related to volume settings, HDMI cables, or device syncing.

We're sorry to hear about the experience you're encountering. 
Does the remote ever control the Streamer at first (after 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc) or does it always require a restart for the remote to work with the Streamer?
Have you tried inserting fresh new batteries into your remote?

Replaced batteries and the remote is working.  I never thought it was the battery that was causing the trouble. Thank you.

Sometimes the most obvious and simplest of solutions can resolve these problems.

• Replacing the remote-control batteries.
• Fully powering off the device by unplugging it from the power source.
• Sticky buttons on the remote control.
• Line of sight between remote control & the device.
• etc.
