Parapalegic accessibility alternative for slim fibe remote

I have been wanting to help a fellow in my building for years.  Ever year I go at this and - perhaps I am searching wrong- but I never find help.

He navigates his wheelchair with his mouth and he can navigate to slip on a head wand to type on his computer.

But his slim remote doesn't work for him.  If he touches it wrong with his head want it moves.  Buttons are small - hard to use.
HELP!! HELP! HELP!
I wish there was an app for his desktop.  He can navigate the computer key board pretty well.

I saw there was a thing called tecla - can  that help him?

I contacted Bell accessibility services and they suggested a universal remote - THANKS BELL!! am I going to buy him a random one to see if it works for him?  I don't think he is the only Bell customer with mobility issues.

I am open to suggestions.

Hi @jimnto
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Depending on if applications are able to be installed on the computer and are compatible, we do offer the ability to use the Fibe TV app as a remote for the receiver. For further information on this we recommend you check out our support article How to use the Fibe TV app to control your receiverOpens in a new tab or window
