Hi there @Soleil. Welcome to the Bell Community.

Are you using Fibe TV or Satellite, and what type of TV receiver do you have?

For Fibe TV turn off Descriptive Video simply by clicking Menu on your remote > Settings > Accessibility > Descriptive Video > Off > Save.

If you have Satellite TV and are using a 9500 follow the steps below:

  • Select Menu
  • Settings (option 6)
  • Accessibility Setup
  • Enable / Disable
  • While enabled, use Option button to turn on/off

Check out these steps if you are using a 9400 or older Satellite TV receiver:

  • Push the Menu button
  • Select Accessibility Setup (button 3)
  • Use the Left arrow button to access the Activation menu
  • Use the Up and Down arrows to move between Enable/Disable
  • Push Select to Enable or Disable.
  • After adjusting your settings use the cancel button of exit the on screen menu.

Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Good Day & Welcome

Thank you for posting your question.

You will find Closed captioning in the Settings menu on your Fibe TV receiver, app or streaming device.

There are any number of devices that can be used to watch Fibe TV on your Samsung TV. For example, you can watch Fibe TV using:

  • Fibe TV app - Samsung apps store.
  • Bell TV box, receiver, Bell Streamer, etc.
  • Another streaming device such as a Firestick, Apple TV, etc.

To change Closed captioning, you will need to go to your > Settings menu. Select > Accessibility and playback. Select > Closed captioning. Uncheck > Closed captioning. This will turn Closed captioning off.

Take care.

Hi @Stanislaw1960
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Can you confirm which receiver model you have or if you are using the Fibe TV app through your television?
Looking forward to hearing back.
